GET MY PERSONAL AUTUMN TRAINING

My name is Matthew Griffiths and I am a Casall Trainer and personal trainer within the fields of health and fitness. I focus on developing my ability to move and perform with control, strength and rhythm. My training is diverse as I integrate and fuse many training forms into one. I believe in conditioning the non-obvious bio systems such as balance, respiratory, reflex, mind and reaction systems. This keeps me alert and sharp both athletically and mentally. I will share my experience and knowledge with you, by setting a training theme each week for you to follow. Every third day a new workout will be posted. Be ready to rise to the challenge!


Personal Trainer

UNLIMITED 30 MIN

Last week we focused on body control. This week's theme is all about intensity and pushing your limits while maintaining body control. Each of the exercises will boost your heart rate and challenge your body to new intensities. Before you get started, remember to complete an effective 10-minute warm up.


How to complete the workout
The workout is 30 minutes long including the warm up. You need no tools for this workout. Once you have completed the warm up, work each exercise following the suggested time. Move with strength and intensity. Remember to change the side when working with exercises that train both the left and right sides individually. You will work 7 exercises in a row followed by a 30-second rest period. You will do the sequence 3 times. After the workout, allow yourself to cool down. Either complete a yoga flow or use a foam roller. Find inspiration at casall.com


Things to focus towards in this session
As the intensity rises I want you to keep a level head. Be aware, listen to your body. If you feel you're losing your position or technique, play smart. Ease back the intensity. Quality over quantity!
